Chai Coconut Chia Pudding
1 cup of coconut milk
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 tsp of vanilla powder
1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
1/4 tsp of ground cardamon
1/4 tsp of ground cloves
1 pinch of black pepper
1 Tbl of maple syrup
Pour the coconut milk into a glass jar and stir in the chia seeds until combined.
Add the vanilla, the remaining spices, pepper, maple syrup and mix together.
Refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight for a thicker and even more "pudding like" consistency.
When ready to serve, transfer to a bowl and stir again.
Decorate the top with cacao nibs, shredded coconut, edible flowers or a drizzle of tahini. Enjoy!
