Ingredients for the crust: 1 cup of coconut chips 1 cup of sunflower seeds 1/4 cup of cacao powder 1 tbsp of vanilla pinch of salt 1/2 cup of coconut sugar 1/2 cup of melted coconut oil 1/4 cup of melted cacao butter OR 1/2 cup of dates instead of sugar and 1/4 cup of melted cacao butter Line a 8” square or round cake tin with baking paper. Place the dried ingredients in a food processor and process until fine. Add the oil and butter and blend until the dough sticks together.
