  • 1 cup of coconut milk

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • 1 tsp of vanilla powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp of ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp of ground cardamon

  • 1/4 tsp of ground cloves

  • 1 pinch of black pepper

  • 1 Tbl of maple syrup

  1. Pour the coconut  milk into a glass jar and stir in the chia seeds until combined.

  2. Add the vanilla, the remaining spices, pepper, maple syrup and mix together.

  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour up to overnight for a thicker and even more "pudding like" consistency.

  4. When ready to serve, transfer to a bowl and stir again.

  5. Decorate the top with cacao nibs, shredded coconut, edible flowers or a drizzle of tahini. Enjoy!
